|Transportation Improvement Program|
|Notice is hereby given that the Dixie Metropolitan Planning Organization (DMPO) and the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) are seeking public review and comment on their respective proposed 2018 to 2022 Transportation Improvement Programs (TIPs) and the 2018 to 2022 Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP). Each year Dixie MPO seeks public input on the Transportation Improvement Plan (TIP) – a list of projects approved to receive MPO funding over the next four years. This year, MPO officials chose to add two new projects to the 2018-2022 TIP and to increase funding on another project:
Projects previously programmed for funding are noted below:
The TIP is a six-year program of highway, transit, and other transportation projects for Washington County. The STIP is a six-year program of statewide projects.
A copy of the TIP documents may also be reviewed between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. M-F until August 4, 2017 at the office of the Dixie Metropolitan Planning Organization located within the Five County Association of Governments office building; 1070 W. 1600 S.; Bldg.
